Fatness

So i was watching the news and saw a clip of a contest that was being done by krispykreme. They were having some sort of 2.2 mile running contest. The deal was, if they ran from somewhere to krispykreme, ate 12 donuts then ran back, the winner would receive some sort of krispy kreme certificate or something and probably some donation would be made to make krispy look loving. So This isnt bad at all, i thought it might be funny. Untill i saw a clip of all the runners. I have never seen so many FAT people come out of the woodwork when they have the option for 12 free donuts on the run and possibility for more later. It shows those lazy fatasses will get up off of theirs, if they have an opportunity to grow horizontally. fat people suck.

I plan getting fat myself. But more of a controlled fat like my dad. Like, I can get thin anytime I want. Luckily, I wouldn't want to.

I dont think that is possible. Fat people are fat because they dont want to be thin. They may say they could get thin but choose not to. They say that because they have no willpower and cant actually lose it. There is no controlled fat. You either are fat or you arent. Overweight is different. But its just as bad for you.

Well my dad is overweight, but he hasn't gained a pound in ages. He isn't continually getting fatter he is at a happy medium, so that when he gets really old he isn't a frail old grandpa that can snap like a twig. He will be a stable grandpa that can actually get around his own house.

actually, youre wrong. Nothing against the old man. But weight will catch up to you and cause more problems when you enter 60's plus. Your bones get worse, and cant support the weight, and bones break easier, and hips do as well. A lot of older people are put on diets due to their hearts, bones, ligaments, arthritis due to overworking the legs because of upper torso weight. Some people do just fine like this. Most dont tho. Not to mention, your dad has no idea how much better he would feel if he lost 25 lbs or more. Imagine carrying a backpack on backwards with a 25 lb weight in it. Sure it would be weird at first. You would then get use to it.If you took it off after a week or a month, you would feel like a million bucks. You dont get as tired during the day either. My boss, was 235 lbs, slender guy with a big belly kinda like your dad and uncle. his doctor recommended a diet, so did his wife. he did it lost the 35 lbs in 3 months, and said he felt like a million bucks. he said he felt like a kid again. he didnt get tired in the middle of the day, he slept better, everything was better. There is a reason the bible says to take care of our bodies, it matters. I cant make a biblical case for the proper weight ratio, but i think common sense would pinpoint that. to each his own tho.

but if he is use to it why bother. I see no problem here. Live fat, die happy. Don't get me wrong. I like being thin and I prefer it over being fat, mostly becuase of my active lifestyle. but i know that you would probably start going on about how I am going to damage myself and make my later years a living hell. Exagerated of course, but my point is that being fat is more of a blessing, especially for my dad. Because my dad knows more than you about everything he isn't self conscoius about his appearance or how he feels. Whereas you and I need to make up for our stupidity by watchhing our image. (an exageration) You may be able to beat up my dad but rest assured he can let you know Metalica isn't as great as you think they are.
